Hilary Bryant

Hilary Bryant is currently an Advisor at Cruz Foam, but has an extensive background in public service and customer experience. Hilary has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting as a Broker Associate at Karon Properties in 1997. In 2010, they were elected to the City Council of Santa Cruz, and served as Mayor from 2012 to 2014. After their time as Mayor, Hilary became involved with the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation Monterey Bay Chapter. In 2015, they co-founded Buoy Labs, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Customer Experience until 2019.

Bryant received a BA in biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
