Maanas Maheshwari

Maanas Maheshwari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maanas is currently working as the Director of Production at Cruz Foam, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, Maanas worked at Indorama Ventures PCL for several years, starting as an Intern in R&D and Operations in June 2015. Maanas then progressed to become a Process Engineer, responsible for safety, production, quality, yields, and cost on a continuous polymerization line. Maanas also served as a Project Engineer and an Operations Superintendent at Indorama Ventures PCL. During their time there, they demonstrated strengths in root cause analysis, failure mode and effect analysis, and corrosion analysis. Maanas was actively involved in leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and promoting lean methodology for better performance. Before joining Indorama Ventures PCL, Maanas gained experience as a Software Development Intern at CSC, where they designed and customized user interfaces for web-based human resource and management applications. Maanas also completed internships at Prasar Bharti, Doordarshan and Shri Ram Switchgear, where they gained practical experience in their respective fields.

Maanas Maheshwari obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Washington from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Indorama Ventures PCL and as a Process Hazard Analysis Leader from ABS Consulting.
