Renato Russo

Renato Russo currently holds multiple positions, including Membro do Comitê de Auditoria e Risco at Sicoob Seguradora de Vida e Previdência S.A. and Member of the Audit Committee at MAG Seguros, both since 2023. Additionally, Renato coordinates the Committee on Compliance, Risks, and Sustainability at Duas Rodas and serves as a Board Member and Coordinator of the Audit Committee at Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional S/A, positions held since 2018. Renato is also a member of the Ethics Council at CNseg - Confederação Nacional das Seguradoras. Previously, Renato coordinated the Audit and Risk Management Committee at SulAmérica and was a Board Member, serving from 2014 to 2022. Renato has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having been Vice-President of the Life & Pension Business Unit at SulAmerica ING from 1989 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a BA in Social Sciences from USP, a Master's in Administration from Insper, and completion of the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School. Renato is also a certified Governance Counselor and holds advanced certifications in Audit Committee membership from IBGC.
