Thuc Cao

Thuc Cao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Crye-Leike since September 2022, Thuc also holds the position of Senior Manager of Engineering & Maintenance at Hitachi Astemo since August 2022, following a tenure as Casting Sr. Staff Engineering Manager from September 2015 to June 2022. With a solid foundation in automotive manufacturing, Thuc has successfully managed engineering teams, implemented Lean methodologies, led continuous improvement projects, and coordinated major capital expansion initiatives. Previous roles include Project Engineer/Supervisor at TPR Federal-Mogul, where Thuc enhanced production processes, and Assistant Engineering Manager at Uni-Cast, focusing on aerospace and defense manufacturing. Thuc holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire and has completed various specialized training courses in conflict resolution and inspection techniques.
