Molly Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Molly started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Buyer for Builders Square Inc, where they were responsible for purchasing plumbing supplies. Following that, they worked as the Manager of Corporate Communications for Macy's Inc for a year. Molly then transitioned to Kmart Corporation, where they served as a Co-Buyer. Next, Molly joined ICI Paints, North America as a National Account Manager. In 2002, they became the Owner and Designer at LSO Design until 2010. Currently, Molly is Vice President and Affiliate Broker at Crye Leike Realtors, specializing in residential real estate and land transactions. With their extensive experience and various roles, Molly has gained expertise in buying, selling, and negotiating deals in different industries.

Molly Stevens attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a BA degree in Interior Design/Technical Graphics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hudson High School from 1987 to 1990 and attended Western Reserve Academy in 1986-1987 for college preparation. Molly also holds additional certifications such as ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) from NAR (National Association of Realtors) and REBAC, obtained in 2014, and an e-PRO certification from NAR obtained in the same year.
