Upamannyue Roy Choudhury has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Upamannyue started their career as a Medical Representative at Torrent Pharmaceuticals in 1992 and later moved on to Reckitt & Colman Of India Ltd. in the same role. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Zydus Neurosciences, followed by a position as a Territory Sales Manager at Lundbeck India Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Upamannyue joined Cordlife Sciences India Pvt Ltd, where they grew through various roles and became the Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Under their leadership, Cordlife India became the second-largest stem cell banking company in India and experienced significant growth as a subsidiary of Cordlife Global Group. Upamannyue held this position until January 2021.

After leaving Cordlife Sciences India, Upamannyue joined Brainbees Solutions Pvt Ltd (Firstcry) in 2021 as the Chief Executive Officer - Stem Cells Healthcare. Upamannyue has contributed to relaunching Cryoviva Biotech's cord blood banking vertical by analyzing market demands, identifying target segments, and developing effective marketing strategies. Additionally, they have significantly improved the company's financial performance.
