Sergey Khusnetdinov has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sergey is currently serving as the Managing Director at Ga^3in Ventures, where they collaborate with MBA alumni from top business schools to invest in startups outside of the U.S. In their role as the CEO at OneMore Fund, Sergey focuses on investing in web3/crypto projects at pre-seed/seed stages. Additionally, they are an Advisor at the Duke Fuqua Blockchain Club, where they organized the Duke Web3 conference in April 2023. Sergey also has a background in leadership roles at DukeGEN, where they worked as the Co-Chair and Ambassador. Sergey serves as an Advisor and CEO N. America at Choise.com. Previously, Sergey worked at Microsoft as a Senior Azure Product Marketing Manager and Senior Business Controller, where they achieved significant growth in cloud consumption and on-premise server revenue in the SMB market. Sergey also has experience as a Program Manager at SAP, overseeing finance and investment management projects.

Sergey Khusnetdinov holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they also pursued a Master's degree in Exchange study from Hanken School of Economics, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, Sergey has obtained certifications in "Selling to the C-Suite" from Wharton Executive Education in June 2016 and "Microsoft-INSEAD Online Challenging Customers through Business Model Innovation" from INSEAD Executive Education in December 2015.
