Dr.reima Shakeir

Dr. Reima Shakeir serves as the Associate Director and Lecturer at The Wharton School since July 2022 and holds multiple roles including Partner at OQ Strategies and Associate at Thompson Harrison, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development. Dr. Shakeir's academic contributions extend to dual positions as an adjunct assistant professor at NYU Stern School of Business and a business innovation mentor at Rutgers Business School. Previously, leadership was demonstrated as the Chief Executive Officer at WIN: Women in Innovation and the Chief Operating Officer of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations. Dr. Shakeir has received the Chevalier title from the Ordre des Arts et des Technologies and has held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Higher Education and Management from the University of Pennsylvania and various executive business degrees from institutions such as Harvard Extension School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
