Eddie Lau

Eddie Lau is an experienced technology leader currently serving as VP of Software Engineering at Crypto.com since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Main App backend team to enhance system functionality and scalability. Previously, Lau co-founded F5 Works, a software consultancy, and held the CEO position from July 2016 to December 2019, driving technical startup projects. Additional roles include Lead Full-stack Developer at NOIZ, Instructor/Project Coach at Le Wagon, Coder and CTO/Co-Founder at 42Labs, and various technical positions at Talkpush, Carshare HK, General Assembly Hong Kong, Bit Game Labs, and Jarkaslab. Eddie Lau holds an MSc in Information Security and Computer Crime from the University of Glamorgan and a BSc in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the University of Science and Technology.
