Matt David is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and political arenas. As Chief Communications Officer at Crypto.com since October 2021, David oversees global communications and government affairs. Prior roles include Chief External Affairs Officer at JUUL Labs, where global communications and regulatory affairs were managed, and Senior Strategist at Edelman, focusing on crisis communications for major companies. David has also held key positions at Match Media Group, where public affairs and marketing efforts were directed for Tinder and other online dating brands, and as a business owner of Outland Creative Works. Previous political roles include Campaign Manager for Jon Huntsman, Deputy Chief of Staff for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Director of Rapid Response at The White House during Supreme Court confirmations. David holds a JD with Honors from The University of Tulsa and a BS Summa Cum Laude in Political Science from University of the Ozarks.
