Tadas Dapšys

Tadas Dapšys is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director at Bankera, leading the IT and professional competence centre in Lithuania. Since December 2018, Tadas has managed the overall operations and resources of the company. In addition, Tadas is a Board Member at Crypto Hub Lithuania and has been a Member of the Management Board at SpectroCoin since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing operations and ensuring compliance with legal norms. Tadas also holds an officer position at Krasto apsaugos savanoriu pajegos since August 2007, focusing on team management and training in non-lethal operations. Previously, Tadas served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at "August ir Ko" UAB from October 2013 to September 2015, overseeing marketing strategies. Tadas holds a Bachelor of History from Vilnius University and completed a Military Officer Course at the Military Academy of Lithuania.
