Marcel Robert Harmann

Marcel Robert Harmann is an accomplished entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in the fields of blockchain, digital business, and finance. As the Founder and CEO of THORWallet since January 2021, Marcel has developed a personal crypto banking solution. In addition, Marcel serves as a Board Member for the Crypto Valley Association and the DEC Institute, which focuses on blockchain certifications. Marcel holds multiple educational roles at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, including Deputy Head of Digital Business & Innovation, Course Director for various blockchain-related programs, and Lecturer. Marcel's previous positions include Head of SEBAversity at SEBA Bank AG, COO at Tracktics GmbH, and co-founder of HRZ Projects. Marcel possesses a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on blockchain and fintech, as well as an MSc in Wirtschaftsinformatik and a Master's degree in Banking & Finance.
