Charlene Ocon has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries related to blockchain and cryptocurrency. Charlene is currently working as a Phantasma Ecosystem Ambassador at Phantasma Chain, where they aim to promote and facilitate growth in the gaming, art, and digital assets sectors.

In 2018, Charlene founded the CryptoFemmes - Women in Blockchain Alliance and Blockchain Developer, where they focused on promoting and empowering women in the blockchain industry and establishing strategic partnerships. Charlene also served as a representative, ambassador, and advisor for Token Developer, providing assistance and guidance for ICOs and token launches.

Charlene has also been involved in the legal and media sectors, working at Crypto Fintech Law as a representative handling crypto law requirements and as the Editor In Chief at BAGUIO, a local news and information platform in the Philippines. Additionally, they worked as a Chiropractic Ambassador for Chiropractor.com, assisting female chiropractors with managing their online professional image.

Throughout their career, Charlene has been committed to advocating for women's topics and inclusion in the cryptocurrency industry, serving as an external advisor for The FREE coin project. Charlene Ocon completed a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of the Cordilleras, from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Saint Louis University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied BSED but did not complete a degree.
