Emil Kaae Hansen

Emil Kaae Hansen is Cryptomathic’s Chief Technical Officer with the overall responsibility for delivering Cryptomathic’s state–of–the–art solutions in line with customer needs. He is responsible for managing the technological and innovative direction for the company as well as managing the unique intellectual capital that Cryptomathic has evolved with highly skilled architects, developers, QA and security experts.

Emil Kaae Hansen has been with Cryptomathic for more than a decade in various positions, including developer and project manager in Aarhus and senior solutions architect in Cambridge. Prior to assuming the role as CTO he has worked extensively with implementing secure cloud infrastructure for big data solutions in both the bioinformatics industry with QIAGEN and the food industry in the Danish Data Science start–up Scio+. He has also worked as a security consultant for Signaturgruppen, a NETS owned company, building highly scalable services for the Danish MitID national authentication and signing infrastructure.
