Eduardo Perez de Castro's work experience begins in 2008 when they founded Terra Sur Agency, a company dedicated to representing outdoor and sports-oriented brands in Latin America. In 2010, they became the Commercial Manager for Sieteveinte S.A., responsible for sales, brand management, marketing, and commercial development. Eduardo then moved on to Forus S.A. as the Brand Manager for the Billabong Group. In 2013, they became the Director of Reframe CL, a digital marketing agency and venture builder. In 2016, they joined Vans, a VF Company, as the Vans Sales Manager, responsible for starting up the direct commercial operation in Chile. In 2018, they became the Director of Primus, a regional company focused on promoting blockchain technologies. Eduardo then returned to Forus S.A. in 2019 as the Vans Chile Brand Manager. In 2019, they also co-founded Uper.co and served as the Co-Founder/Director. Eduardo recently joined CryptoMarket in 2022 as the Country Manager.

Eduardo Perez de Castro began their education in 1995 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Industrial Engineering. Eduardo successfully completed their studies in 2001.

Additionally, in 2000, Eduardo attended Politecnico di Torino for a year, earning a degree in "Ingegneria Gestionale" (Management Engineering).
