Artem Kharlov

Artem Kharlov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Artem is currently the Co-Founder of pargoo GmbH, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, Artem worked as a Founding Engineer at CryptoSlam Inc from February 2019 onwards. In 2020, they joined Mobiquity Inc. as a .NET Tech Lead, where they stayed until August 2021. Artem also worked as a .NET Developer at Upwork from January 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they were a .NET Developer at notime AG from April 2015 to March 2021, and at GST Global Soft from August 2013 to April 2015.

Artem Kharlov completed their education in the field of computer science and software engineering from 2010 to 2020. Artem started by earning an Associate's degree at Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College from 2010 to 2014. Artem then pursued a Bachelor's degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the same university, completing it from 2018 to 2020.
