Julie-Élaine Phaneuf has extensive work experience in the field of organizational psychology. Julie-Élaine is currently the Chief Content Officer and Organizational Psychologist at Crysalia since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Organizational Psychologist at Analys from 2016 to 2021.
Julie-Élaine Phaneuf pursued their Doctorate in Work and Organizational Psychology at Université de Montréal from September 2009 to February 2016. During their time at the university, they also served as a Course Lecturer and Teaching Assistant.
Julie-Élaine has also gained practical experience through internships and freelance work. Julie-Élaine worked as an intern/employee at Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal from March 2015 to December 2015.
