Julie Gauvin has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and consultancy roles. Currently, they are the Co-Founder, CMO, CLDO, and Leadership Coach at Crysalia. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Leadership Coach at Analys, a business line of Crysalia Inc. Julie has also worked as a Brand Strategy Consultant independently and collaborated with Analys Leadership.

Earlier in their career, Julie held the position of Vice-President, National Business Lead at Tribal Worldwide and served as the Chief Development and Innovation Officer at Groupe Média TFO. Julie also worked as the Director of Corporate Key Accounts at TC Media and as the Sr Director of Marketing & Strategy - Integrated Media Solutions at Quebecor.

Julie Gauvin's experience also includes the role of Senior Brand Director at Publicis, where they managed accounts and developed brand strategies for major national clients. Julie started their career as the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at BOB Communications and as the Marketing Communication Manager at Videotron.

Throughout their career, Julie has focused on driving organizational performance, brand strategy, leadership development, change management, and strategic planning.

Julie Gauvin has a strong educational background in management and marketing. Julie pursued their Graduate Studies in Management from McGill University, graduating between 1999 and 2003. Before that, they completed their BA in International Relations and Affairs at the Glendon Campus of York University | Campus Glendon de l’Université York, from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Julie Gauvin has obtained certifications to further enhance their skills. Julie completed the Introduction to Attribution and Mix Modeling certification from LinkedIn in December 2017. Furthermore, Julie obtained an IAB Certificate from IAB Canada, although the specific month and year of completion are unspecified.
