Dalya T. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and General Manager at GENTEX PHARMA since January 2022, and Board Advisor at both CRYSP VERTICAL FARMS and Ayla Oasis Development Company since February 2022 and March 2019 respectively. Dalya co-founded The Developing Child Centre in 2012, focusing on educational support for children. Previous significant roles include Managing Director and Board Member at Al Ittihad Drug Store and VP Account Director at Bates / 141 New York, where marketing strategies for global brands were developed. Dalya holds an MBA from Imperial College London and has completed a Digital Marketing course at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
