Vishal Solanki

Vishal Solanki has a diverse HR background, starting as a Regional HR at Abbott in 2005 and now currently leading the HR role at Crystal Ceramic Industries Private Limited since February 2020. Vishal has also founded Disha HR Management Consultancy to provide HR consultancy services to Micro and Small Enterprises. In between, Vishal held managerial positions at Claris Lifesciences Limited and Mylan Laboratories Limited, gaining experience in HR process ownership and generalist roles. At Metro Wireless Engineering (I) Pvt Ltd., Vishal served as the Manager of HR & Admin.
