Junsheng then became a Supervisor of Reference Standard at Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC (formerly Genpharm Inc) in 2002. In 2003, they were an AQPIC (for controlled substances) at Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Chief Scientist at A.S. Chemical Laboratories Inc. Junsheng then became a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Deputy Director of Raw Materials and Associate Scientist of Raw Materials at Sanofi Pasteur. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Quality Assurance at Crystal Int'l (Group) Inc. & Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc.
Junsheng Chen obtained their Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from York University, their M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China, and their B.Sc. in Industrial Analysis from China University of Geosciences.
