Olivia Hao has worked in the beauty industry since 2012. Olivia began their career as a Business Manager at Sainty. In 2018, they joined Crystal Int'l (Group) Inc. & Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading the product development of 70+ beauty SKUs from ideation to launch, and providing helpful suggestions to achieve clients' needs based on the technical and fashion knowledge of current products.
