Tramaine Knowles possesses extensive experience in client relations and account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Crystal Int'l (Group) Inc. and Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. since June 2018, Tramaine collaborates closely with clients to ensure their visions are realized and efficiently manages production timelines. Additionally, since August 2012, Tramaine has been a Collections Officer at Furniture Plus, responsible for communicating with past due account holders to discuss outstanding balances and establish payment plans.
