Subhodip Mukherjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Branch Manager at Vilage Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. From there, they went on to serve as a Research Associate at Society for Participatory Action & Reflection (SPAR) in 2010. In 2011, they became a Project Coordinator at the Centre for Environmental & Socio-Economic Regeneration (CESR). Subhodip then joined the National Health Mission, Dept. of Health & Family Welfare; Govt. of West Bengal as a Zonal Coordinator from 2012 to 2016. Subhodip further expanded their expertise as a Programme Manager (Health) and Monitoring & Evaluation Expert at Sewa International from 2016 to 2017. Afterwards, they worked as a Manager (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) in Corporate Social Responsibility at a global CSR consulting firm from 2017 to 2020. More recently, Subhodip held the position of Sustainability and CSR Professional at DS Group from 2020 to 2022. Presently, they are the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Philanthropy at Crystal Crop Protection Limited, starting in May 2022.
Subhodip Mukherjee obtained their Master's degree in Rural Development from Visva Bharati University, Shantiniketan. Subhodip completed their studies at this institution between 2007 and 2009.

Crystal later launched several eco friendly molecules like Buprofezin 25% SC named as Tribune and Abamectin 1.9% EC launched as Abacin and Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG given the name Missile. With such new products endowed with benefits for farmers had made Crystal a success in the agro–chemical industry.
