Jasper Hamelin

Jasper Hamelin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Crystal Dynamics since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jasper worked as an AV Programmer/IT Specialist at AV Smart Solutions from November 2019 to March 2021, and as an IS Support Technician at Physio-Control, now part of Stryker, from January 2015 to July 2019. In the latter position, Jasper created and maintained user profiles on a global scale and expertly troubleshot technical issues. Jasper began a career in tech through an internship as an Associate Technical Support Analyst, where exceptional performance was demonstrated by achieving all service level agreements and high customer satisfaction ratings. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Bellevue College, completed in June 2021, alongside studies at Year Up Puget Sound and a high school diploma from Spanaway Lake High School.
