Haley Garcia

Haley Garcia is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. since June 2022, Haley previously held multiple roles at Fleet Farm from July 2018 to June 2022, including Senior HR & Training Manager, HR & Training Manager, and HR Business Partner.
