Terese Fisher

Terese Fisher has extensive experience in office management and customer service, currently serving as the Office Manager and Sr. Administrative Assistant at Crystal Group since August 2010, where responsibilities include being the first point of contact and providing superior customer service to a staff of 270 employees. Prior to this role, Terese worked as an Assistant Manager at Talbots from October 1994 to May 2009, focusing on customer service and managing a team of over 15 associates. Terese holds a Business Computing Professional Certificate in Computer Software and a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising from Kirkwood Community College, as well as a degree from Regis High School.
