Dipen Patel

Dipen Patel is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in home health and outpatient settings. Currently employed at Crystal Home Health Care, Allied Professionals Health Care, and St. Alexius Outpatient Center, Dipen provides physical therapy services to diverse patient populations with various neurological, cardiovascular, and orthopedic needs. Prior experience includes student roles at Outpatient Orthopedics ATI Physical Therapy, Home Health Pediatrics Kids on the Grow, and St. Paul’s House, where valuable skills in evidence-based practices and patient assessment were developed. Dipen holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Movement Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
