Navin Gupta

Navin Gupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Crystal Intelligence since February 2024, Gupta also holds a position as Board Member at Maitrayana Charity Foundation. Prior to these roles, Gupta was Managing Director for South Asia and MENA at Ripple, where responsibilities included overseeing global financial settlement solutions. Gupta co-founded and led Autoload as CEO from December 2015 to June 2017, and held multiple key positions at HSBC over a decade, including Head of Growth Strategy for Asia and Board Member of the National Payments Corporation of India. Earlier experiences include serving as Vice President at Citigroup, focusing on technology clients in the West Coast. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
