Thu Hoang

Thu Hoang possesses over a decade of experience in sustainability and quality systems management, currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability & Quality System at Crystal International since October 2012. In this role, Thu drives a Sustainability Self-Reliance Program, oversees vendor compliance across various standards, and represents the company in global initiatives such as the Better Work Program and Global Recycled Standard. Prior experience includes serving as Senior QA Supervisor at the same company, where Thu established compliance systems and led audits, as well as holding roles at C&M Vina Company Limited and Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd., focusing on compliance management and quality assurance. Thu holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Banking Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Chinese and English from Hanoi University.
