The Group’s flagship refined brand, Crystal Jade Jiang Nan, was launched in Wanchai, Hong Kong, in 2016, specialising in classic Jiang-Nan cuisine. Following widespread critical acclaim, a second Crystal Jade Jiang Nan restaurant opened at Yuen Long’s YOHO Mall in 2017.
