Launched in 1992, Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holdings (“Crystal Jade” or “the Group”) is a Singapore-based culinary brand with one-MICHELIN star and multiple MICHELIN Bib Gourmand awards, managing over 100 outlets across 25 major cities. Well-regarded for its culinary expertise and commitment to quality, the Group’s brand mission is to promote authentic Chinese cuisine and culture. Founded on the core principles of Chinese cuisine while drawing influence from modern gastronomy, the Group strives to provide quality meals and superb service that satisfy and exceed diners’ expectations. The mid-market bistro, Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao made its Hong Kong debut in 2001, recommended since 2009 in the Hong Kong & Macau Michelin Guide with ‘Bib Gourmand’ recognition. The brand has since expanded to 14 venues in shopping malls across Hong Kong, including the latest at Telford Garden opened in 2017. The Group’s flagship refined brand, Crystal Jade Jiang Nan, was launched in Wanchai, Hong Kong, in 2016, specialising in classic Jiang-Nan cuisine. Following widespread critical acclaim, a second Crystal Jade Jiang Nan restaurant opened at Yuen Long’s YOHO Mall in 2017.
