Previously, Christopher held the position of Area Manager, ensuring operational excellence across multiple restaurants. Prior experience includes roles at NTUC Foodfare as Head of Operations for Wang Cafe, where responsibilities involved financial analysis and cost control, and at The Coffee Connoisseur and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in service quality management and training. Christopher holds a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
