Heather Morand

Heather Morand possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Night Auditor at Crystal Mountain since November 2022, Heather previously held the position of Office Manager and Realtor at Keller Williams Realty for nearly 16 years, where responsibilities included listing presentations, data entry, and client communications. Earlier roles featured Sales Manager at Rent-A-Center, Front Desk Supervisor and Reservationist at The Homestead, and Call Center Telemarketer at Americall. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Business from Hyles-Anderson and a college preparatory diploma from Shoshoni High School.
