Stephen Deans

Stephen Deans is an experienced talent scout and managing director with a strong background in football coaching and player development. Currently serving as a Talent Scout at Crystal Palace Football Club since August 2023, Stephen previously held a similar role at Arsenal F.C. from December 2020 to August 2023. Additionally, Stephen has been the Managing Director at CSR Academy since November 2020. Stephen's coaching career includes significant positions such as Head Coach at Youngs Football Coaching School Ltd from May 2012 to November 2020, where responsibilities included coach management, coach development, and player development, as well as coaching children aged 4-12. Earlier coaching experience includes a role at AFC Wembley from August 2012 to August 2016, participating in the Harrow League Premier division.
