Ritika Joshi

Ritika Joshi is a Senior Scientist II at Crystal Pharmatech since March 2022, focusing on solid-state characterization, polymorph/salt screening, and scale-up of drug candidates for early-stage drug development. Expertise includes evaluating materials using various analytical techniques and leading projects, while serving as a lab safety officer. Prior experience includes a Guest Researcher role at Brookhaven National Laboratory, specializing in advanced material characterization techniques, and a Graduate Research Assistant position at Stony Brook University, where sustainable biopolymer-based materials for water purification were developed. Ritika holds a Doctorate in Chemistry and has engaged in teaching roles, enhancing educational experiences in chemistry labs.
