Lashonna Grant

LaShonna Grant is an experienced professional with a strong background in early childhood development and program management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of EHS and HS Programs and Operations and Compliance Manager at Crystal Stairs, Inc. since July 2012, LaShonna plays a vital role in supporting families in finding affordable childcare and collaborating with various stakeholders to benefit over 30,000 children annually. Prior to this position, LaShonna was the Executive Director at California State University, Northridge from March 2001 to January 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, coordinating fundraising and community outreach, and managing multiple state and federal projects across Los Angeles County.
