Sinthia Aruya

Sinthia Aruya, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Crystal Stairs, Inc. since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Director at the same organization. Additionally, Sinthia operates as a Human Resources Management Consultant for small businesses since July 2020, providing strategic support in various HR areas. Sinthia's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Human Resources at The California Endowment and Human Resources Strategic Partner at St. John's Well Child & Family Center. Sinthia began a notable career at Crystal Stairs, Inc. in 2012 and has also held roles at Fresh & Easy, BBA Aviation/ASIG-LAX, Stan Tashman & Associates, and Sears Authorized Hometown Stores. Sinthia holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Science from Los Angeles Southwest College, accompanied by a certification in Human Resources Management from UCLA.
