Doriana Kondakciu

Doriana Kondakciu is an experienced professional in technology management, currently serving as the Innovation Unit Delivery Manager for Crystal System since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing client projects in the aeronautical and banking industries, specifically overseeing core application migrations and SOA feature development. Prior to this role, Doriana was a Project Management Specialist at Vivido Software Sh.p.k., leading teams across two locations, and held the position of Technical Team Lead and PM Assistant at IkubInfo Software Solutions, managing a team specializing in Microsoft technologies and overseeing the ICMIS utilized by Albanian courts. Doriana began a career in software development in June 2004 at ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΣΙΑ Α.Ε., progressing from a junior developer to a lead software engineer. Doriana holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, earned between 1997 and 2002.
