Emma Alcorn

Emma Alcorn serves as the General Manager at Crystalbrook Collection since July 2021, with significant prior experience in leadership roles across various hospitality and tourism organizations. Notably, Emma provided interim management and consulting services at Makepeace Island & VDLE Group TAS, focusing on operational stabilization and staff recruitment from September 2019 to October 2020. Emma previously held the position of General Manager at The Brunswick, a boutique accommodation in Brunswick Heads, and at Quality Hotel Bathurst under Choice Hotels International. Additional experience includes management and event roles at Spicers Retreats, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley, Fitzroy Island, Longitude 131°, Prestige Foods Ltd, and cievents. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business in Convention & Event Tourism Management from Southern Cross University, complementing a strong foundation established at Lismore High School.
