Tara Sullivan

Tara Sullivan is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as the Group Director of Food and Beverage at Crystalbrook Collection since January 2025. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Lotus Dining Group, Head of People at Hastings People, and Director of Operations at The Grounds, Tara has demonstrated a strong capability in operations and management across multiple settings.
