Megan Trosclair

Megan Trosclair is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as National Account Specialist and previously as Customer Service Representative at Crystorama since June 2021, Megan has a solid background in returns management from the role of Head of Returns’ Department at Prime Automotive Parts Co. Inc. from February 2014 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as Visual Merchandiser at Gap from September 2012 to July 2017 and at Forever 21 from May 2010 to September 2012, as well as a role as Swing Manager at McDonald's from April 2008 to May 2010.
