Charles Wesley Richards

Charles Wesley Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charles Wesley is currently working at CS Erickson as the Director of the AV Technology Business Unit. Prior to this, they worked as an Efficient Environments Consultant at the same company.

Before joining CS Erickson, Charles worked at Lacks Trim Systems, where they held multiple managerial positions. As the Engineering Manager - Paint Tooling, they were responsible for overseeing all paint tooling activities and managing the relevant departments. Charles Wesley also served as the Plant Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance activities and managing the plant budget and capital projects. Additionally, they worked as the Plant Process Manager, leading a technical staff and ensuring efficient processes in different areas of the plant. Charles Wesley started their career at Lacks Trim Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer and later served as a Molding Intern.

In addition to their roles in the manufacturing industry, Charles has also gained experience as an Audio Technician for the Office of Campus Events at Calvin College and a Technology Specialist at Pat Milliken Ford.

Charles Wesley then pursued higher education at Calvin University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermal Systems and Machine Design. In addition to their academic achievements, Charles also obtained certifications such as the Josh Certified Pro from Josh.ai in 2022 and the RJG Systematic Molder certification in 2014.
