Josh Lester

Josh Lester has a diverse and extensive work experience. Josh started their career at Industrial Engineering & Technologies, LLC. in 1995 where they worked in plant studies until 2001. Josh then joined Van Haren Electric Inc. as a Design/Estimating specialist until 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at Feyen Zylstra, initially as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Business Development. Currently, they are the President of CS Erickson since 2017.

Josh Lester obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Calvin University in 2005. In 2007, they earned a certification in Project Management for Electrical Construction from Purdue University. In 2017, Josh completed a program in Organizational Leadership called LEAD 365 at Leading by DESIGN. Currently, they are a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
