Kate Sartori

Kate Sartori, M.S., serves as the Human Resource Manager at CS Partners since December 2022, providing expertise to six charter schools in Michigan on various human resources functions. As a co-founder of the Michigan Women's Collective since June 2022, Kate supports women in need through community connections. Previously, Kate held the position of Director of Student Advising & Success at Madonna University, where performance analytics were utilized to improve student retention. With a strong background in higher education and event management garnered from roles at Wayne State University and Southern Illinois University, Kate has developed valuable skills in leadership, training, and administrative management. Kate holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from Madonna University, as well as a Master's in Psychology from Northern Michigan University.
