Matt Burr

Matt Burr has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt started their career as a Warehouse Supervisor at Oles Envelope Corporation in 1994 and later became a Transportation Broker at Allen Lund Company in 1999. In 2001, they joined Oles Envelope Corporation again, but this time as a Logistics Manager. From 2006 to 2010, they held the position of Manager and then Senior Manager of Inventory Control at ES3. Matt then transitioned into Continuous Improvement roles at ES3, serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement from 2014 to 2016 and the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined C&S Wholesale Grocers as the Senior Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement, and later transitioned into the role of Vice President of Internal Audit in November 2022. Alongside their professional career, Matt also dedicated their time to the Bridge of Hope of York County, where they served as a Member of the Board of Directors and later as the Board Chairman.

Matt Burr attended Towson University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences.
