Bjørn Rheinlænder

Bjørn Rheinlænder is currently serving as Teamlead - Maintenance at CS WIND Offshore since September 2023, having previously worked as a Maintenance Technician. Prior to this role, Bjørn was Afdelingsleder at Stark Udlejning Kolding from August 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leadership, finance, sales, and daily operations. Previous experience includes positions as Servicetekniker at Nicolaisen & Larsen A/S, Hydroscand A/S, and Saferoad Danmark A/S, with a focus on servicing and repairing machinery and hydraulic systems. Bjørn also held a role as Hydraulik Tekniker/Foremand at SH Group, managing projects and customer relations, and completed an apprenticeship as EntreprenørMaskinMekaniker with the Cramo Group. Early career experience includes servicing wind turbines at Vestas and working as Arbejdsmand/Smed at Søby Værft A/S. Bjørn's educational background consists of a degree as Entreprenørmaskinmekaniker from HEG and attendance at Sydlangelands Maritime Efterskole and Englystskolen.
