Deborah Kilbane

Deborah Kilbane has extensive work experience in the field of ocean sciences and environmental management. Deborah currently serves as the Program Director - Ports & Coastal Sciences at CSA Ocean Sciences Inc. since May 2022. In this role, Deborah is responsible for leading and coordinating active sales and marketing opportunities for the Ports, Harbors, & Beaches Market. Prior to this position, they held the role of Senior Market Lead - Ports, Harbors, & Beaches at the same company since August 2016. Their responsibilities in this role included preparing marketing strategies, identifying targeted markets and customers, preparing proposals, and developing relationships.

Before joining CSA Ocean Sciences Inc., Deborah worked as a Project Scientist 3 at the same company starting from February 2013. There, they pursued their passion for Marine Science and earned a Masters Degree in the same field.
