Mary Ann Baynton

Mary Ann Baynton is a seasoned expert in workplace mental health, currently serving as the Director of Collaboration and Strategy at Workplace Strategies for Mental Health, where initiatives target improving workplace mental health across Canada. As the CEO of Mary Ann Baynton & Associates Corp., Mary Ann provides keynote speaking, training, and consulting tailored to workplace mental health challenges. Additionally, Mary Ann holds the role of Head of Psychological Health and Safety North America at People Diagnostix, hosts a podcast, and serves as a Special Advisor for Mindful Employer Canada. Mary Ann also contributes as an Organizational Consultant for MyWorkplaceHealth and participates as a member of the Technical Committee National Standard of Canada, focusing on psychological health and safety in the workplace. Past involvement includes a significant role on the Psychological Health and Safety Advisory Committee for the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Mary Ann holds a Master of Social Work degree in Social Policy from McMaster University.
