Mostafa Sallam

Mostafa Sallam has extensive experience in sales operations and business intelligence. Mostafa is currently the Director of Global Sales Operations at CSafe, where they established a data-driven culture and integrated two companies in the cold chain shipping solutions industry. Prior to this, they were the Global Sales Operations Manager at CSafe. Before joining CSafe, Mostafa worked at Vology as a Business Intelligence Manager, leading the reorganization of the internal BI department. Mostafa also worked at American Express Global Business Travel as the Manager of Strategy and Analytics for North America, where they provided analytics and reporting solutions to track business performance. Mostafa started their career as a Business Advocacy Intern at the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce.

Mostafa Sallam attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Mostafa then pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Applied Technologies at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2008 to 2010. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project and Process Management from the same institution. In 2015, Mostafa acquired a Professional Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including OKR Expert certification from a certified coach in OKRs, alignment, and measurement, as well as certifications in Microsoft Excel advanced formulas and functions, and Power BI Desktop from StackSkills and Maven Analytics respectively.
