Anders Sandell

Chief Technology Officer at CSAM Health Group

Anders Sandell has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Anders most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at CSAM, where they led the evolution of CSAM Public Safety's systems and products. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer and VP Software at Nectarine Health, where they led the operations and designed system and software architecture for an IoT eHealth system. Before that, they were the VP of Software at Noomi, where they developed an eHealth IoT solution.

Anders also has a significant tenure at Huawei Technologies Sweden AB, where they held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director Wireless R&D and Senior Director, Wireless Systems and Solutions Design. In these roles, they focused on research and pre-development of 5G technology and was responsible for the strategies and pre-development systemization of wireless systems and architecture concepts.

Earlier in their career, Anders worked at Ericsson AB, Sweden, where they held several positions, including Director, Network Systems Management and Director, Platform Systems & Technology Management. Anders started their career at Ericsson as an algorithm developer and software designer in the baseband area.

Anders Sandell has a strong background in technology leadership, product strategies, and innovation, and has worked with cutting-edge technologies in the areas of IoT, eHealth, wireless systems, and networks.

Anders Sandell obtained their MSc degree in Telecommunications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they have also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020.
